We specialize in the repair of home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, ovens, stoves, freezers, and coffee machines for major brands such as Bosch, Siemens, LG, Electrolux, Whirlpool, Hitachi, Toshiba, Teka, Miele, and others.

Our technicians provide on-site repair services at customer locations in Dubai & Abu Dhabi.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Customers may book repairs through our website or via phone/WhatsApp at +971567639545.

  • Appointment times are subject to availability. We aim to provide same-day or next-day service whenever possible.

  • Customers must provide accurate information about their appliance brand, model, and issue.

3. Diagnosis & Estimates

  • Our technicians will inspect the appliance and provide a repair estimate before starting work.

  • Estimates are based on the problem diagnosed; if additional issues are found, customers will be informed before further work is carried out.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payment methods.

  • Service call/inspection fees may apply if no repair is carried out.

5. Spare Parts & Warranty

  • We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts depending on availability.

  • Repairs and parts may carry a limited warranty, typically ranging from 30 to 90 days (depending on the service provided).

  • Warranty covers the specific issue repaired but does not cover:

    • Misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.

    • Power fluctuations, water damage, or external causes.

    • Different or unrelated appliance faults after repair.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that technicians have safe and clear access to the appliance.

  • Provide accurate details about appliance problems.

  • Be present during the repair or assign a responsible representative.

  • While we take every precaution, we are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing appliance conditions or hidden faults.

    • Loss of food, drinks, or items stored in refrigerators/freezers during breakdowns.

    • Any indirect damages resulting from appliance failure.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to service call charges.
