Refund Policy

At Technical Service UAE, we are committed to providing high-quality appliance repair services across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Your satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
1. Service-Based Nature
Our services are focused on appliance inspection, diagnosis, and repair.
As these are labor and service-based solutions, refunds are not applicable once the service has been completed.
2. Advance Payments & Deposits
In certain cases, a deposit or advance may be required before ordering spare parts or scheduling specialized repair.
Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed, as parts are purchased specifically for your appliance model.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund only if:
The service was paid for in advance and canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Our technician was unable to provide the service due to reasons attributable to our company (e.g., wrong spare part, unavailability of technician).
4. Exclusions
Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:
Customer provides incorrect appliance details leading to wrong parts ordering.
The issue is outside the scope of appliance repair (e.g., electrical/wiring issue in the property).
Dissatisfaction arising from factors beyond our control, such as power failures, water supply issues, or customer refusal of recommended repairs.
5. Service Guarantee
Instead of refunds, we offer a limited service warranty on specific repairs (duration varies depending on the appliance and service performed). If the same problem reoccurs within the warranty period, we will recheck and repair without additional service charges.
